International Yearbook for Hermeneutics
The International Yearbook for Hermeneutics (IYH) represents one of the prominent currents in contemporary philosophy and ancient and modern literary criticism.
It gathers studies on questions concerning understanding and interpretation in all relevant fields, including philosophy, theology, jurisprudence, theory of science as well as literary and cultural studies.
The Yearbook includes contributions to current debates and on the history of ideas from antiquity to the present. Volumes are dedicated to a different focus topic each year.
The IYH is edited by Gert-Jan van der Heiden and Anna Novokhatko in cooperation with Günter Figal and Bernhard Zimmermann.
It is published by Mohr Siebeck, Tübingen.
Manuscripts should be sent to yearbook-hermeneutics@altphil.uni-freiburg.de; all articles will be assessed by a blind review procedure.
